Description:

At Ambitions ABA Colorado, we provide in-home ABA therapy for children who need it and support for their families. We are looking for a R/BT Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Ambitions ABA is committed to providing high-quality services so that each child receives the care and attention they need. We have a supportive team that offers guidance on clinical and operational aspects, allowing you to focus on clinical work. We also promote open communication across all levels, fostering camaraderie and connection.

Responsibilities:

• Follow guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions by understanding session structure and gathering necessary materials.
• Implement intervention procedures as per the treatment plan and BCBA's guidance, communicating questions or concerns promptly.
• Interact professionally with parents and caregivers, adhering to BACB ethical codes.
• Collect data on client progress during sessions as directed by BCBA.
• Maintain all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
• Part-time
• Flexible schedule, choose your own hours
