Description:

At Ambitions ABA Colorado we provide in-home ABA therapy for children that need it and support for their families. We are looking for a R/BT Registered Behavior Tecnician to join our amazing team. Ambitions ABA is committed to providing high quality services so that each and every kiddo receives the care and attention that they need. We have a great team that provides support on all aspects from clinical to operations that will allow you stay focused specifically on the clinical operation. We also encourage open communication across all levels which really promotes a sense of camraderie and connection.

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
  • Part Time
  • Choose your own schedule

R/BT Registered Behavior TechnicianDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow through with all guidance from the BCBA related to each client's treatment plan.
  • Prepare for each session by having a clear understanding of session structure and gathering all necessary materials.
  • Implement intervention procedures as per treatment plan and BCBA's guidance and communicate any questions, concerns and any feedback to BCBA in a timely manner.
  • Interact with parents and other caregivers in a professional manner, in accordance with BACB ethical codes.
  • Collect data on client's progress throughout each session, as directed by BCBA.
  • Adhere to all HIPPA requirements related to client confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience with children
  • Great inter-personal skills
