Position Details

• Title: RBT
• Location: Alpharetta, GA
• Job Summary: WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
