Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks dedicated Technicians to work one-on-one with young children in a daytime, school-year schedule at our Belton, TX clinic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-focused with flexible coverage across clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
