Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 1:1 sessions in home, school, or community settings. The role includes implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collecting data, and collaborating with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong data collection and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
