Mirabelle Care is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA and to collect data during sessions in a supportive home- and community-based setting.

Ideal candidates hold a current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and have completed the BACB 40-hour training with the updated 3rd Edition requirements. Roles offer ongoing training and growth potential within the ABA pathway.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current, active RBT certification issued by the BACB in good standing.
• Completion of BACB-required 40-hour RBT training with updated content outlines from January 2026.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Foster a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families.
