Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement individualized care plans, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support client progress.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification and a high school diploma, with a passion for helping children with Autism. This is a part-time role offering flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of our clinical team, implementing individualized skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic documentation tools.
• Create a positive, supportive learning environment for clients and build meaningful relationships with families.
