Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings in Colorado. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to advance in ABA.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and help families implement skill-building plans. RBT certification is required before working; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
