Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in homes and community settings in Colorado. This role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services one-on-one to help children reach goals.

Part-time positions available with flexible scheduling and immediate access to earned wages via Same Day Pay. Paid training is provided, and candidates with RBT certification or willingness to obtain it are welcomed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
