Job summary

Wonder Star ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings in South Vienna, OH. The role requires an active RBT certification and on-site availability in the community.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and report progress to a supervising BCBA, ensuring ethical and safety guidelines are followed while collaborating with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Communicate session progress, concerns, and updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers

Job description

Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RBT to join our team in South Vienna, OH, and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.

Position Details – RBT

1. Type: Part-time
2. Pay: $20–$27 per hour
3. Hours: 18–20 hours per week
4. Monday-Friday 1045-130 and Tuesday and Thursday 330-530
5. Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)
