Job summary

Wonder Star ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings in South Vienna, OH. The role requires an active RBT certification and on-site availability in the community.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and report progress to a supervising BCBA, ensuring ethical and safety guidelines are followed while collaborating with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or school-based settings in South Vienna, OH
• Implement treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition using provided tools
• Communicate session progress, concerns, and updates to the supervising BCBA and caregivers
• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality, family-centered care
