Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy in homes and communities under BCBA supervision, teaching daily living and social skills, collecting session data, and collaborating with families and BCBAs to achieve measurable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience is preferred.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks/drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of sessions.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
• Provide support in growth opportunities within healthcare—will train!
• Support advancement opportunities within ABA careers.
