Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Dracut, MA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to provide in-home, school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role offers paid training, a clear path to RBT certification, and advancement opportunities within a growing nationwide ABA provider.

Starting rates are $21.15/hour for BTs and $23.15/hour for RBTs with final compensation based on experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
