Starting wages are $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience and education; paid training and a clear path for advancement are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
