ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is hiring part-time RBT/BT staff. Starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. A $500 RBT referral bonus and a $5,000 BCBA referral bonus are offered.

Paid training, mentorship, and clear career paths are available. We provide ABA therapy in homes, schools and clinics, focusing on teaching communication and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Availability afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teammates and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
