Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Downingtown, PA is hiring RBT/BT for Full-Time work. Start rates: RBT $24.60/hr, BT $22.25/hr, with final compensation based on experience and education. The company provides paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

You will deliver ABA therapy in diverse settings, record data, and collaborate with families and BCBAs to support client progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months relevant experience or internships.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
