Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA is hiring for an RBT/BT, full-time. The starting rates are $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT.

Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education, with paid training and career advancement opportunities. You'll deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, teach communication and daily living skills, and work under BCBA supervision while tracking data and collaborating with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
