Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in homes or community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, helping clients gain independence and use evidence-based strategies under supervision.

Positions are part-time with a 6-month commitment, offering same day pay and opportunities for professional growth within the ABA field. Training is provided to new hires to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to keep calm in challenging situations.
• Ability to follow supervision and clinical directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
