Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a team delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings.

You will record data, collaborate with families, and contribute to a mission of supporting children with autism. This part-time role offers same-day pay and paid training to help you start quickly.

No minimum case requirements; flexible scheduling and a six-month commitment are encouraged to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and support children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
