Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental challenges in Florida. The role focuses on improving social and communication skills while documenting progress.

Responsibilities include following behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and ensuring sessions meet high utilization standards. Evening and weekend hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or equivalent experience with children in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow and implement behavior change plans created by board certified behavior analysts.
