Job summary

Child Builders ABA in Providence, RI seeks dedicated staff to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings. You will implement behavior plans designed by the BCBA and diligently collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; psychology/education coursework preferred.
• RBT certification or training offered to new staff.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior during therapy sessions.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure consistent treatment.
• Help clients develop communication, social, self-help, and academic skills.
• Provide feedback to BCBA on progress and behavior changes.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethics of behavior analysis.
