BEST ABA (Building Essential Skills Together) is seeking an RBT to deliver in‑home, clinic, and community ABA sessions with families. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, collect data, and build supportive relationships with children with autism.

The role offers after‑school scheduling, part‑time hours, and a collaborative team environment with founders who started as RBTs. Join a company committed to inclusive care and real guidance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
• Experience working with children with Autism
• Ability to collect data and graph progress for clinical decisions

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions in home, clinic, and community settings
• Carry out treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA
• Maintain accurate data and progress graphs for client decisions
• Build strong, playful relationships with each client

Connaissances

Formation

High School Diploma/GED
