Alpaca Health is seeking an RBT to work in-person with kids who have autism, delivering one-on-one support in homes, classrooms, and communities. You’ll implement behavior strategies, collect data, and follow personalized plans from a supervising BCBA.

You’ll work in Pueblo, Colorado, with potential for full-time or part-time schedules. Active RBT certification is preferred, or the drive to obtain one, with mentorship from a BCBA throughout the journey.

Qualificações

• Must have an active RBT certification or the drive to earn one.
• Dependable and patient with kids in home/school settings.
• Willing to work with BCBA guidance and follow behavior plans.
