House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home and school settings. You will follow treatment plans from our BCBA team and monitor progress using user-friendly systems; collaboration with families is key to success.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RBT certification or be actively pursuing it.
• Demonstrated passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children at homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using provided systems and trainings.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child growth.
• Bring energy, compassion, and consistent care to every session.
