House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools. You will follow detailed treatment plans crafted by our BCBA team and track client progress using friendly, easy-to-use systems.

Qualifications

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it) is required or will be supported.
• Ability to work well with children in home and school settings.
• Positive, team-first attitude and reliability are essential.
• Reliable transportation and good vibes for in-home visits.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and bring heart to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children at homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervision.
• Track progress using simple systems; training provided.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child progress.
• Bring energy, compassion, and care to daily interactions.
