Job summary

Carelinks ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will work with children in homes, schools, and clinics, delivering one-on-one interventions under BCBA supervision.

We value hands-on training, professional growth, and a supportive, client-centered environment. The role offers flexible hours with a target of 15 direct billable hours per week and a pay rate of $20–$25 per hour. PTO and a range of benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or availability to complete 14-day training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent Monday–Friday availability preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
