Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency offering in-home and in-center services for children with autism. We partner with families across multiple states to support personal journeys and parent engagement.

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to implement one-to-one behavioral plans under BCBA supervision in home settings. Must have 1 year ABA experience and an active RBT certification; weekday and weekend availability, data collection, and ongoing training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Ability to work in home-based settings and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
