Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role involves delivering one-to-one behavioral interventions in clients' homes under supervision, and requires weekly contact with a BCBA. Weekend and weekday availability is needed, with ongoing training and data collection to support treatment plans.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
