Achievements ABA Therapy seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support families in home and community settings while collecting accurate data and documenting progress.

This role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within Achievements ABA Therapy, including a BCBA-in-Training pathway and professional development webinars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 2026 compliant 40-hour training certificate acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate client progress records.
