Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This role requires one-to-one intervention, ongoing staff training participation, and regular communication with supervisory staff.

Candidates must have 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or be pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
