Job summary

Applied ABC provides home and center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under BCBA supervision in the homes of children, delivering one-to-one intervention and collecting data.

This role involves ongoing staff training, regular communication with supervisors, and weekday and weekend availability to support families. BA in related field or pursuing education, plus an RBT certification, are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
