Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. This role focuses on direct one-to-one intervention in the home setting and requires reliable communication with supervisors.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA in a related field or actively pursuing relevant education, and a valid RBT certification. Weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
