BeeKind ABA Therapy in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in homes, schools, daycares and community settings. You will conduct sessions, collect data, and tailor activities to each client's needs.

The schedule is 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, with no weekend work unless requested. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour plus a $2 shift differential; benefits include health coverage, retirement, and

Qualifications

• 40 hour training is required and must be discuss ABA content with critical thinking.
• Valid RBT certification is required to practice as an RBT.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional is preferred.
• Proficiency in data collection and detailed session notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect session data and write detailed notes to document progress.
• Adapt sessions to each client's needs and maintain engagement.
