Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings in Jonesboro, GA. You will collect data, document progress with notes, and adapt sessions to each child’s needs while maintaining a supportive, ethical practice.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay range ($20–$25) plus a $2 differential, with benefits, opportunities for raises, and a focus on professional development.

Qualifications

• 40 hour RBT training or equivalent and ability to discuss ABA concepts.
• Valid RBT certification required.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing detailed session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients; in-home experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and outcomes.
• Write detailed session notes documenting development and progress.
• Tailor sessions to each client’s needs and preferences while maintaining engagement.
