Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Part-time positions are available with growth into full-time as caseloads expand, and you will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.

You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect data to monitor progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success. PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
