The position involves 1:1 sessions in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans created by a BCBA, and using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

We look for an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields, and reliable transportation to travel for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
