Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for part-time work with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under supervision of a BCBA, using ABA-based plans and positive reinforcement to promote progress, data collection, and collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.

Skills

Active RBT Certification

Experience with ABA therapy children

Willingness to travel locally

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related (preferred)
