Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We provide mentorship, hands-on training, and a supportive environment to help you advance in ABA.

Ideal candidates will have an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields, and may travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
