Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings in Oregon. Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to support learning and independence.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with a path to full-time as caseloads grow, plus mentorship, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for career advancement within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
