Job summary

PBS Corp. in Oregon is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and using positive reinforcement to foster independence.

We offer flexible scheduling, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and paths to career growth including potential advancement to BCBA, plus guaranteed travel if needed.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, stand unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
