Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support clients in their homes and community settings in Iowa. Positions are part-time with flexible scheduling and immediate access to earned wages after clocking in and out.

You will work as a valued member of a clinical team delivering evidence-based ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with families to promote client goals. Training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
