Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings. Roles are part-time, with immediate paid training and the expectation of a minimum six‑month commitment.

You will support clients with evidence-based interventions and collaborate with a clinical team. Applicants must hold an RBT certification, possess patience and compassion, and maintain accurate session data.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required
• Patience and compassion when working with children
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA protocols
• Documentation and data-tracking accuracy required
• Excellent communication with families and clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
