Compleat KiDZ is the largest multi-disciplinary rehabilitation treatment facility in North Carolina. We provide all pediatric services under one roof with a team approach to patient care.

At Compleat Kids, we meet families where they are—literally—by providing in-home services that align with each child's natural environment. Our multidisciplinary team supports RBTs and families to ensure collaboration and continuity of care. RBTs play a vital role in creating life-changing experiences for children with Autism by building strong relationships, tailoring interventions to routines, and supporting skill development. They work closely with BCBAs, implementing treatment plans and providing feedback to improve outcomes.

Home Health Registered Behavior Technician Requirements and Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (we can assist with obtaining this)
• Strong desire to help children live their best lives
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to adapt to changing behaviors and environments
• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, assist children in standing/sitting, and reach with hands and arms
• Agility to transition quickly between sitting and standing
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
