Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for 1:1 sessions in home, school, or community settings across California.

This is a part-time role with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; mentorship and hands-on training are provided to support advancement in ABA. We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours per week, holiday pay, and a pathway to BCBA with our support.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
