Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will deliver ABA therapy in center‑ or home‑based settings, teach communication, social and self‑help skills, and work one‑on‑one or in small groups with children on the autism spectrum.

We provide paid training and mentorship, on‑site BCBA support, and clear pathways for advancement within a collaborative team culture and strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
• Work one‑one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
