Action Behavior Centers in Grapevine, TX seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data to track progress.

You will help children learn through play and hands-on activities while staying active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required; willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to better understand role expectations.
