The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree, 18+ years old, ability to lift 30 lbs, and a team mindset. Paid RBT certification is provided, with raises and full-time hours in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to move frequently during sessions.
• Ability to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented approach to support multiple ABC clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based methods.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
• Engage children through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
• Offer observed examples of therapy in action and participate in training resources.
