Therapy & Beyond is hiring for pediatric ABA roles in a clinic setting, with options for full-time or part-time work and support through the RBT certification process. You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, motor, social, and independence skills.

We seek reliable, energetic candidates who are passionate about aiding families of children with autism.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of employment.
• Ability to work in a clinic setting providing one-on-one ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, play-based ABA therapy services in a clinic.
• Track patient progress by collecting data and submitting documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under supervision.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical management.
• Assist patients with daily living skills and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide therapy support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within first 60 days of employment
