Job summary

Therapy & Beyond is one of the largest BCBA-owned ABA organizations. We provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under BCBA supervision to help develop communication, motor, academic readiness, social skills and independence.

We have immediate openings for full-time and part-time afternoon shifts (12:30pm-6:30pm) and will assist you through the RBT certification process, with starting pay $18.00-$21.00 per hour and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain RBT Certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 1:1, naturalistic therapy services within a clinic-based environment.
• Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
• Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as outlined by your BCBA Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with clinical management and families.
• Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
• Obtain RBT Certification within your first 60 days of employment.
