Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required).

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and document client progress data accurately.

- Use evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change.
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and clinical team.
- Provide reliable, professional, and compassionate care.
